Rights of BY in Managing Listings

BY can remove any Provider from the directory at any time without notice or obligation to publish their content.

 

Additional Agreements for Service Facilitation

Separate agreements govern arrangements where BY facilitates the booking of a Provider’s services.

 

Content Guidelines for Providers

Providers must ensure content accuracy, comply with laws, own copyrights to images, maintain a descriptive and non-promotional tone, and keep information up-to-date.

 

Changes to Provider Terms

BY may modify Provider terms, with continued platform use constituting acceptance of these changes.
