Es Rincó Fondo or Caló Fondo is situated at six kilometres from Sant Lluís (in this municipality it is still possible to walk on narrow tracks around places like Torret or s’Ullastrar, nearly unspoilt since centuries), located between Cala Binissafúller and Morro d’en Butifarra, as well as next to the village of Binibeca Vell and the residential area of Binibeca or Binibéquer (which is a great touristy attraction due to the particular arquitecture, designed by Antoni Sintes). From its coast you can see Escull de sa Barca and s’Illot de Binissafúller. This bathing area is the result of a u-shaped sea inlet which is surrounded by low rocky areas and a steep coast. It is also characterized by the not very big size, it is rocky, exposed to the swell and the wind from the south-southwest, it has a steep slope and a sandy ground in the middle and rocks with seaweed on the sides. It is not very crowded by local visitors and tourists. The marine and underwater conditions for diving are excellent. This coastal stretch is very sheltered and it has a sandy ground, at a depth that ranges from eight to ten metres. It is also possible to anchor in the nearby Cala Binissafúller, although it is not so safe. The accessibility by car is easy following the signs and the deviations. The private car can be left on a free parking area in the surroundings. Information about this beach may change.
