Cala Saladeta

Cala Salada and Cala Saladeta make up one of the most beautiful spots on the Sant Antoni coast. A virgin natural environment, with profusely populated forests and waters of spectacular turquoise tones that invite you to take an immediate dip, make these two coves a true tourist attraction. So much so that, for the sake of their preservation, both became the first “connected beaches” in Ibiza. A system that allows users to leave their car in a free car park and travel by bus to the beach. They are also connected by sea with the port of Sant Antoni; a small rustic wharf between the two acts as a pier and occasional solarium for bathers. While Cala Salada has a restaurant and easy access, Cala Saladeta does not have any services and is only accessed by a coastal path. The two coves are separated by a rocky cliff, at the base of which a series of picturesque boathouses have been carved out. The coastline that surrounds them is ideal for kayaking. From Cala Salada you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and Cala Saladeta has spectacular and transparent sandy bottoms, like a large natural pool. As a curiosity, if you swim between the two coves, it is possible to experience a sudden change in water temperature that is recorded at a very specific point of the route, at the foot of the cliff.
