Cala Pada is situated at 3,2 kilometres from Santa Eulària des Riu, located between es Niu Blau-s’Estanyol and en Marcús-Cala s’Argamassa, as well as between the villages of Can Sansó and Punta Arabí. This quiet and comfortable u-shaped sea inlet is quite big, it has clear fine-grained sand, the slope is gentle (at 35 metres from the coast there is a depth of only two metres) and a breakwater that divides the beach into two parts and is used as a jetty. This sandy area with transparent water is open to the wind from the south-east, which normally blows from the sea and is quite moderate. The biggest part of the bay is sandy, where you are recommended to dive on the surface. The nearest port facilities are located at Port Esportiu de Santa Eulària des Riu. These natural characteristics explain that it is a quiet coastal corner and the ideal safe beach for families with children. Cala Pada is not too crowded by local visitors and tourists. The accessibility by car is easy following the signs. The private car can be left on a free parking area in the surroundings. You can also reach this beach with the public transport or by bicycle (short distance and not much difference in level). The nearest bus stop is located at three hectometres. There is a sea line between es Canar and Santa Eulària or Eivissa. Information about this beach may change.
